These terms apply to the Really Me app and this website. By using them, you agree to the following.

The service

Really Me is a personal security tool. It is designed to add a layer of protection to your phone calls — it is not a guarantee against fraud, and it does not replace your own judgment. Never share financial information or send money based on a phone call you are unsure about, regardless of what any app shows you.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your device and sign-in methods secure, and to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. Impersonating another person through the service is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Me is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service — including losses caused by third parties such as scammers.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
